THE WHITE TIGER DOJANG, on behalf of the INTERNATIONAL COMBAT TANG SOO DO AND HAEDONG KUMDO CONFIDERATION, INVITE YOU AND YOUR STUDENTS TO THE SOUTH AFRICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS to be held at the UNIVERSITY OF THE FREE STATE, BLOEMFONTEIN on the 17th of April 2010.

COST: R120 for CTSD or HK
R170 for both
CATEGORIES: CTSD – Forms, Fighting and Weapons
HK – Forms and Fighting
Team Forms – for HK and CTSD
- 2 categories: under 18 years
: 18 years and above
- 3 students per team
- teams may consist of men and women
- any form according to the highest rank
- synchronized
FIGHTING RULES: According to the rules that were applied for Poland 2009
RSVP: Please have entries sent in by the 10th of April 2010
SELECTION: This championship will serve as the first selection for the 2011
Martial Arts Games to be held in Estonia!!!

Wolves Academy will present Self-Defence Courses at 22 De Kock Street, Sonheuwel, on
FRIDAY 19 FEBRUARY 2009 from 18:00 to 21:00, and
SATURDAY 20 FEBRUARY 2009 from 09:00 to 12:00
COST PER PERSON: R150.00
The seminar is open to all and all new students are encouraged to attend the seminar. After completion of the seminar, you will be able to:
- · Use the tips to stay safe successfully;
- · Identify any possible dangerous situations;
- · Use your senses;
- · Use proper punches and kicks;
- · Identify weapons and use them successfully;
- · Escape from any grasps;
- · Use empty hands against an attacker;
- · Defend yourself on the ground
